Haha well to make a long story short, I’ve wanted to get a tattoo in memory of my aunt since January, but I didn’t want it to be cheesy or something that I would regret/grow out of. So I decided to get the coordinates of the lake we vacation at every summer. It was my aunt’s favorite place and also where one of my good friends died. It’s fitting on a lot of levels because it is such an important and meaningful place in my life. 

I think that’s an awesome idea Renee. I’ve been wanting to do a tribute to my grandmother since she died. One thing my grandma always said was “No sweat” I want to get that on me somewhere, probably on the inside of my bicep. 

I know that your aunt was very close to your heart and so is that lake you visit. maybe you could get your tattoo over your heart?

I feel like we did the typical lesbian thing.. I moved in with her maybe a month and a half after we started dating. I now live with her, her twin sister, and her older brother. We’ve only been dating nearly four months and I’ve lived with her about three months. We agreed it was only temporary as I was moving out of my dorm. But I can’t help but think of how things will be when I do move out. I sleep with her curled to my side every night. She’s told me she’s not ready to move with me, so I’m just wondering how I’ll be able to handle it…
